Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Add fresh basil leaves
6. Simmer for 5 more minutes
7. Serve over cooked pasta with Parmesan
