Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large pan
- Add minced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water
- Add pasta to the pan with garlic butter
- Toss well, adding pasta water as needed
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve immediately with Parmesan if desired
